Lydia Greene Tufts Health Plan, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

 

Lydia Greene is responsible for human resources, including compensation and benefits, diversity initiatives, wellness, talent acquisition and organizational development at Tufts Health Plan where she also oversees internal communications, corporate reputation management, brand communications, media relations, external communications and real estate. Previously she was vice president of human resources and diversity at the Plan, and prior to that she held senior level human resources management positions with Progress Software, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Hampshire, Lockheed Sanders and Emerson Hospital. She also ran her own human resources consulting practice. Ms. Greene received her B.S. degree in management from the University of Massachusetts.
