Ann S. Anderson, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Retired

Ann Anderson is an experienced Human Resources executive who has held significant positions with Fortune 100 companies and major Massachusetts employers.  Most recently she was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she was responsible for aligning the company's Human Resource strategy with the business strategy and culture.

Ann received her B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and was also a part-time lecturer at Northeastern University's School of Management.

Avril J. Bobb, Amatax Financial

Avril J. Bobb, Principal, has over fifteen year of comprehensive financial services experience, which includes Tax return preparation, risk assessment and mitigation initiatives, external and internal Auditing, Financial Statements analysis, and preparation and presentation of various financial reports before Boards of Directors. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, (BSBA) degree in accounting from Northeastern University.

Fay Donohue, Delta Dental of MA 

Ms. Donohue is the President & CEO of Dental Service of Massachusetts (DSM).  Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, DSM sells commercial dental plans in Massachusetts and commercial and government dental and vision benefit programs nationwide under the name DentaQuest.  A graduate of Bryn Mawr College, Ms. Donohue also holds a Masters from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston College.
