Incumbent Worker Training

Operation A.B.L.E. runs training programs for employers that mirror your unique requirements for staff development, advancement, and retention. Our approach is based on 30 years of training adult learners. Whether it’s a standardized curriculum or one created based on workers’ specific needs, our training solutions are a competitively priced alternative to our for-profit counterparts. 

Classroom-based, instructor-led training is available to develop and/or enhance skills in Microsoft Office, customer service, communications, management and supervision, project management, QuickBooks, social media, medical terminology, Internet-based research, and ESOL.

Eligible employers may qualify for a rebate of up to 50% of their training expense from the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund.
